Bang Muay ThaiWho trains here
Complete beginners to competitors, ages 4 to 60+
Former athletes, people who have never played a sport, parents, nurses, line cooks, engineers. You do not need to be in shape to start. The training is what gets you in shape.
Start at LV1
Four Foundations classes a week where the whole point is that nobody knows what they are doing yet. Or walk into an LV2 and say so — that works too.
Slot into LV2
Trained before, took years off, remember about a third of it. Fourteen classes a week means you can rebuild at whatever pace your body agrees to.
Live in LV3
Fifteen advanced classes, specialty sessions on leg locks and rubberguard, and a Friday open mat the whole city shows up to.
