Getting here
Parking & transit Street and lot parking on SE Grand and the surrounding numbered avenues. Bike parking on site. Bus lines run the Grand/MLK couplet, and the Morrison and Hawthorne bridges put you here from downtown in a few minutes.

Can I just drop by and look around?

Yes. Come by during any class on the schedule and someone will show you the room. If you would rather not turn up cold, call ahead and we will make sure a coach has a minute for you.

Do you offer a free trial?

Your first class is free, with no card details and no obligation. Come to whichever class on the board suits your day.

What does it cost?

Memberships are month-to-month with no contract and can be paused anytime. Call 503-974-0521 or ask at the desk and we will go through the current options with you.

Do you take drop-ins from other academies?

Yes, visiting grapplers are welcome. Friday evening open mat is explicitly open to every school in the city. Give us a call so we know to expect you.

Are private lessons available?

Yes — useful if you are brand new and want a head start, preparing for a competition, or trying to fix one specific hole in your game. Ask us about availability.

Is there parking?

Street parking on SE Grand and the surrounding avenues, plus lot parking nearby, and bike parking on site. It is an industrial-district block, so it is generally easier than parking downtown.
